I'm Els - mother,

Nature lover and guardian of this Space.

My path has been shaped by movement, loss, love and deep transitions.

Life has asked me more than once to slow down, listen and begin again.

What I share comes from what I have lived.

Sensitive by Nature and guided by rhythm, I work with the intelligence of the body and the subtle movement of Energy.

Yoga, breath and Nature have been my teachers - helping me remember how life force flows when we stop pushing & start remembering.

Some describe my energy as fire, depth and intuition -

a dance between expansion and stillness.

I experience it simply as listening.
