After a long break I am back with the blog.
I would like to introduce you to my new activity:
🤍"Yoga classes via zoom"🤍
I have so much more to tell you, but let's start at the beginning.
Through the newsletter and via social media you have already noticed that I started giving my yoga classes via zoom at the beginning of January.
Because there is no other way now, I would like to introduce you to what you can expect from this:
"I invite you" to either
• a morning yoga class 9.30am or
• an evening class 8pm.
The morning is a Hatha class -> a combination of active flow with a relaxing yin at the end.
The evening usually includes a relaxing Yin class.

The lessons and the data also via my social media and newsletter.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me by mail, contact form, telephone, social media or whatever.
All tips & suggestions are of course welcome about the content of the lessons, hours and days.
