Feeling like you need some chocolate ....🤎
But it has to be Healthy...🌱
Here is a simple, easy, healthy recipe for the perfect snack, dessert or treat for yourself or someone you 🤎.
• 200gr (vegan) chocolate
• 200gr quinoa
• Cupcakes or bakingforms or baking paper
How to make:
Add some coconut oil in a cooking pot or pan and add the quinoa. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate "au bain marie". Keep stirring so that the quinoa doesn't stick or burned. When the chocolate has melted, add the quinoa to the chocolate.
I used cupcakes to put the chocolate in.
But you can use all kinds of baking forms or paper to roll up like sushi or make balls or figures.
Then rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Warning: the taste will shock you and you have to hold yourself strong to not eat them all🤎🙈.
